Inquiries relating to the history community of Chester, Orange County, New York U.S.A. are welcome. Inquiries received via email at chester_historical@mac.com will receive the promptest replies. The office is open only on Tuesdays when the Village of Chester offices are open. The Village of Chester offices are closed holidays, election day and for inclement weather. Therefore, mail and telephone inquiries are normally handled weekly. Persons wishing to visit the office are requested to make arraignments at least one week prior to their visit.

Photocopies: $25 pull fee, includes the first 10 letter sized pages + $0.50 per page for additional pages for loose sheets.
Paper copy of bound or oversized: $25 pull fee plus cost of duplication by a local vendor.
Electronic copy: $25 pull fee, includes scanning and handling for the first 10 pages + $0.50 per page for additional pages letter size or smaller sheets..
Electronic copy for bound or oversized: $25 pull fee plus cost of scanning by a local vendor.
Plus postage charges if a package is mailed. (No charge for electronic delivery).
